The W.K. Kellogg Foundation will host its 5th annual National Day of Racial Healing. In support of this effort, organizations across the U.S., including New Detroit, will host virtual events on this day. New Detroit will feature a special episode of our Town Hall Series: Content and Conversations on Race for the 2021 National Day of Racial Healing.

Our guest is, Rochelle Riley, author of the book, “The Burden: African Americans and the Enduring Impact of Slavery,” and our moderator is, Dr. Rose Moten, psychologist and owner of the BLOOM Transformation Center in Detroit. Watch the conversation on New Detroit’s Facebook page on January 19, 2021 starting at 12:00 noon.
